Do I need prior experience for any activity?

No! All our activities are suitable for both beginners and advanced levels. Trainers and coaches are available to guide you.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Swimming: You need to bring your own swimsuit and goggles.

Cycling: Bringing your own bike and helmet is best, but rentals are available.

Yoga & Strength Training: We provide yoga mats and gym equipment.

Running & Hiking: Comfortable shoes and sportswear are recommended.
